Want to Volunteer?

Volunteers are critical to the success of our event. Pillette Village BIA appreciates your help. If you’re interested in volunteering for this event – whether you have prior experience or just want to help out, please read the requirements and fill out our online form on this page.

*Please note we do not provide travel to/from or accommodations for the event.

All Volunteers will:

  • When off duty, volunteers are encouraged to shop and enjoy the Paws in Pillette festival.
  • Snacks and refreshments during shifts
  • Invaluable volunteer hours and first hand work experience
  • A chance to be part of the community

Volunteer Requirements:

  • You must be at least 16 years of age or older
  • You must be available for an interview and orientation meetings if you are accepted as a volunteer
  • Must be available for a 6-hour shift (includes event setup and teardown)
  • Volunteers are required to dress casually: no ripped jeans, short shorts or skirts, offensive shirts, etc.
  • Must be courteous to attendees and fellow volunteers, and arrive in clean, presentable attire
