The members of the Pillette Village Business Improvement Area consist of both property owners in an improvement area, and their tenants.

Membership in a BIA includes attendance at BIA meetings, including the annual meeting of the BIA, and eligibility to vote on BIA-related issues such as the annual budget and selections to the board of management.
